Private patios offers spectacular views of the garden, Langeberg Mountains and Swellendam itself. Sleeping here takes on a new meaning with King size beds, fitted with 100% cotton sheets (TC400) and down duvets. Twin beds can be requested upon making your reservation.

We offer guests the option of a fully stocked fridge for breakfast, so you can enjoy it in the privacy of your own room or patio, at a time convenient for yourself and your family. Don’t feel like going out for lunch? Have a picnic in the garden. • From the N2 take the first exit to Swellendam
• Turn into main road and follow through until the BP garage on the right
• Turn left into von Manger Street
• After 200m bear right into Kanon Street and then right again into Peckham Street
• Follow Peckham Road up to the hillside and turn right into Bergsig Avenue
• A Hilltop Country Retreat is at number 7 on the right.

From Mossel Bay

• From the N2 take the first exit to Swellendam
• Go straight at the stop street
• Cross the Koornlands river follow the road into the main street
• At the BP garage on the left Turn right into von Manger Street
• After 200m bear right into Kanon Street and then right again into Peckham Street
• Follow Peckham Road up to the hillside and turn right into Bergsig Avenue
• A Hilltop Country Retreat is at number 7 on the right.
